1) No special rules, more Battlegroups are a straight up advantage in terms of number of activations. Though they are usually smaller then a few bigger ones. To illustrate, take 6 Sabres you could either form 1 BG with them or 2 having 2 would mean you would have more activations but even if you go ...

I agree on the visibility of aircraft (due to taking into account the model not the flight pin) though with actual flight hight instead of fictional 6", even with the loss of to the deck, in my limited V2 experience this evens out. AA-X would have made a difference if gunships would not have gotten ...

The Despoiler also went up in DP namely 1, also a lot of MF value seem to be missing, at least for the PHR there are a lot of units that have (or at least had at the time I am writing this) no value there. Which is not equal to zero as some units have that, also I am talking about the Zeus, Nemesis ...

We mean the same thing, the rule book nomenclature is a bit meh, it speaks of hull damage before armour saves. Which I would rather call "hits" for the sake of clarity. Your numbers are certainly wrong though as you habe a 1/3 chance to prevent such a "hit" or "damage before armour saves [not critic...

You got it wrong then, PD is used against Close action weapon hits, or crits. Since you need to roll a 5+ for a succes, you need 3 PD on average to stop 1 normla hit and 6 to stop a crit.

They are genuily terrible, at least the Cruisers. First off you get, 8+4d3 (average16) Lock 3+ side arc attacks + 4 Lock 4+ Attacks Lock 4+ is a lot worse since you have -50% Crits, secondly lets compare those to something similar. 2 Strix give us 8+4d6 (average 22) Lock 3+ attacks in the front and ...
