Sorry but no, a badly worded rule is not justification to remove Infantry AA and further restrict the number of units that can even shot gunships. In particular how air heavy for example UCM can be.

Just stolling through the armybuilder i noticed there seems to be no more small arms AA shooting? I don't have my book at hands... is it covered elsewhere?

the issue is that the gates did not have that special rule when I made this thread. Neither Teleport nor Access, but Darios had to tell them...
